Sphinx

Usage
------
`Sphinx <http://www.sphinx-doc.org/en/stable/>`__ is a documentation generation tool that is used by the 
`publish-sphinx <../../command-line/publish-sphinx/index.html>`__ command. Sphinx is a tool created using python,
and so Python must also be installed in order for Sphinx to run.

Download
---------
* Download and install Python `here <https://www.python.org/downloads/>`__ if it is not already installed.
* Download Sphinx `here <http://www.sphinx-doc.org/en/stable/install.html>`__ and follow installation instructions.
